DGFT Digital Signature Certificate for Importers-Exporters
To interact with DGFT Department online, vendors require a special kind of Digital Signature Certificate (Electronic Signature Certificate) with Org. name. It is also named as DGFT Digital Signature Certificate.
DGFT Digital Signature Certificate exclusively for the exim community in India. It is issued to Organizations’/ People who have obtained a valid IEC Code from DGFT Department. It is Mandatory to have a DGFT to able to communicate with DGFT online.
Procedure to get/ buy the DGFT Digital Signature Certificate (Electronic Signature Certificate):-
Step 1. Take printout of Application Form. (Download Application Form)
Step 2. Paste latest Colored photograph on first page of Application Form with cross signature of Applicant.
Step 3. Fill and get duly sign the application form by applicant.
Step 4. Attach the required Attested Documents as per Application Form.
Step 5. Scan the complete application form with documents and send us on our e-mail id to confirm that application form is complete or not.
Step 6. Make payment by Cash/ Cheque/ DD/ NEFT/ RTGS. (Bank Detail)
Step 7. Submit the complete application form along with required documents and payment / payment details ( Screen Shot / Print out Required in case of NEFT/RTGS) to us by hand or by courier.
Step 8. After receiving the complete form and payment, we will provide you the DSC And / OR USB Token by Hand or by courier.
