Class 3 Digital signature certificate for e-Tendering , Trademark
To participate in Digital Signature Certificate for e-Tendering / e-Procurement / e-Bidding / e-Auction, vendors require a Class-3 Digital Signature Certificate (Electronic Signature Certificate) with Org. name. It is also named as Class -IIIB Digital Signature Certificate.
Under Class 3 Digital Signature, two types of Certificate comes.
- Signing Only Certificate
- Signing & Encryption Certificate
Most of the e-Tendering departments need both type of Certificate. We suggest you to take the both one. If you want to be sure please confirm the same from your concerned e-Tendering department.
Procedure to get/ buy the Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (Electronic Signature Certificate):-
Step 1. Take printout of Application Form. (Download Application Form)
Step 2. Paste latest Colored photograph on first page of Application Form with cross signature of Applicant.
Step 3. Fill and get duly sign the application form by applicant.
Step 4. Attach the required Attested Documents as per Application Form.
Step 5. Scan the complete application form with documents and send us on our e-mail id to confirm that application form is complete or not.
Step 6. Make payment by Cash/ Cheque/ DD/ NEFT/ RTGS. (Bank Detail)
Step 7. Submit the complete application form along with required documents and payment / payment details ( Screen Shot / Print out Required in case of NEFT/RTGS) to us by hand or by courier.
Step 8. After receiving the complete form and payment, we will provide you the DSC And / OR USB Token by Hand or by courier.
